By downloading, accessing, or using applications developed and published by Worxmarter LLC ("Worxmarter", "we", "us"), including GrappleTracker and Lottery Oracle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not install or use our software.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, grappling, and martial arts training are inherently dangerous physical activities carrying substantial risks of physical injury, trauma, or medical complications.
Assumption of Risk
GrappleTracker is strictly an analytical recording and organization utility. It is not an instructional substitute for qualified, professional coaching, nor does it guarantee physical safety or prevent injury. You assume full personal responsibility and risk for all physical actions and combat sports training sessions logged within the software.

Lottery Oracle is an entertainment and mindset alignment utility based on the Law of Attraction and frequency visualization principles.

We do not guarantee financial returns, odds enhancements, or lottery wins. Lottery Oracle does not represent, facilitate, or operate real-money gambling, lottery structures, or sweepstakes. The intuitive number generator algorithms are intended solely for cognitive stimulation and visualization exercises.

All design systems (including The Lithic Lattice), proprietary software codebases, source code, mathematical frequency algorithms, user interface layouts, assets, and trademarks associated with Worxmarter LLC, GrappleTracker, and Lottery Oracle are the exclusive intellectual property of Worxmarter LLC. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute our software.
05 // Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
